Leads the implementation of effective strategic and tactical patient access plans at a global / regional scale. Develops a globally integrated Patient Access strategy aimed at product differentiation. Leads cross functional value and access (V&A) teams.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Lead cross-functional value and access team to gather evidence which support payer value proposition and pricing strategy
  • Represent patient access in all major cross-functional teams at the program/brand level including Global Programme Teams, Global Brand Team and Global Medical Affairs Teams.

Key performance indicators:

  • Reimbursement/listing status, price versus targets, time to reimbursement/access -Revenue, market availability/access

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Deep understanding of payer/HTA across countries/regions.
  • Process management.
  • Experience with reimbursement dossier compilation.
