We're Hiring: Early Years Educators (EY2 / L1)

Locations: Cashew (Bukit Panjang)

Do you have a passion for nurturing young children and a dedication to early years education? We're looking for warm, committed EY2 or L1 Certified Teachers to join our dynamic and supportive teaching team.

With comprehensive lesson plans and teaching resources provided by our headquarters, you'll have the freedom to focus on creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and growth in every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children to foster a safe and positive learning atmosphere
  • Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate play-based activities
  • Partner with families, fellow educators, and the wider community to support children's growth
  • Observe and track developmental milestones and learning progress
  • Collaborate actively with the team to maintain a cohesive and supportive working environment

Who We're Looking For:

  • Only open to Singapore Citizens
  • ECDA-certified at EY2 or L1 level
  • EY2: Possess the Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or an ECDA-recognized equivalent
  • L1: Hold the Advance Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE) or a recognized equivalent
  • A genuine passion for early childhood teaching and creating an encouraging learning space
