Job Description
The incumbent will have the opportunity to support the different functions of HR Business Partnering, People Operations and Talent Acquisition; Understand the operations requirements and implementation of programs such as employee development and engagement activities and participate in HR projects.
Details of the scope are as follows:
- Provide proactive support to the HR team within a broad spectrum, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and People Operations.
- Coordinate and support activities such as candidate management (interview coordination, queries, reference checks, etc.), new employee on-boarding/orientation and in-house training programs.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders (e.g. line managers, vendors etc.) to ensure quality delivery of work.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team in organizing company events, including workshops, seminars, and employee townhall meetings etc
- Support team members in ad hoc HR projects e.g. building dashboards using Power BI, survey administration, reviewing of HR guidelines/processes,
- Support accurate updates and maintenance of data in HR records and systems, and documentation of employee relations matters.
- Assist in departmental compliance audits.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
The incumbent will also be given opportunities to be involved in other day-to-day operations of the HR department to gain a holistic view of the department's functions.
