HR Performance, Policy and Compensation Manager

You will play a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience by managing our performance and rewards frameworks and leading the development of HR policies. This position is ideal for a proactive, collaborative individual who is passionate about fostering a fair, motivating, and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance review process, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters and ensure the process is fair, consistent, and effective.
- Compensation & Rewards: Support the execution of the organization's rewards strategy and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Policy Development: Create, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and comply with relevant legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of proven HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
