Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential partnership opportunities across marketing and healthcare sectors
  • Assist in outreach to potential partners (e.g. clinics, influencers, startups, service providers)
  • Support onboarding and coordination of partners across different stages of collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns, affiliate programs, and content collaborations
  • Coordinate with product and clinical teams to support healthcare-related partnerships and integrations
  • Track partnership pipeline, document partner conversations, and update CRM tools or tracking sheets
  • Contribute to partnership strategy based on market trends, user insights, and team priorities
  • Help develop case studies, reports, or collateral to showcase partnership value

Who We're Looking For

  • Interest in partnerships, business development, and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to track multiple conversations and follow through
  • Curious and adaptable—willing to support across both marketing and product sides of partnerships
  • Bonus: Background or interest in healthcare, marketing, or startups
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or CRM tools
