Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct a series of individual and group sessions with a client and assess needs for counselling, build and explore issues.
  • Provide holistic and comprehensive case services to all clients including: intake assessment, benefit assessment, goal setting, case plan development.
  • Be familiar with statutory regulations, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other requirements of themes, programs and/projects that clients come under or that clients need to comply with.
  • To maintain proper case documentation and programme statistics and adhere to professional practice standards
  • Refers clients to other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
  • Works with a wide range of client groups.

Requirements

  • Post Graduate Degree in Counselling or Master's Degree in Counselling
  • At least 3 years proven Counselling experience
  • Conversant in Syariah Law, Counselling Theories and Frameworks
