You will be responsible for the management of the nursing team at the centre and will oversee the for the day-to-day operations of assigned centre, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and compliance with necessary regulations.
You will manage the team to uphold service quality standards, patient care and experience and the overall integrated co-ordination of services required to build a culture of CARE together to support our patient's health needs. You will proactively work with the team to grow the services under your responsibility and ensure that the objectives and targets stated above are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the smooth set up and eventual daily operations of the centre and putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage procedures and patients.

Responsible and accountable for the documentation of all procedures/processes and ensure that they are in line with MOH/RTAC directives and requirements for all relevant licenses, as well as any Company's SOP.

Plan and manage overall staff roster, inventory levels, and upkeep of equipment, according to expected patient turnout, to ensure sufficient manpower, supplies and services for each day's operations.

Implement an effective appointment management system and monitor performance.

Ensure that the department adheres to all internal controls and standard procedures.

Maintain a high standard of clinical and service quality and attend to customer feedback and complaints promptly and completely, assisting with IVF and other fertility-related procedures. Report on corrective and preventive actions.

Identify areas of improvement and work with the Head of Department in executing the initiatives.

To work closely with the Head of Department, operations team, physicians, embryologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, and all matters of clinical standards and safety.

Ensure drug orders/ inventory and medical records, theatre supplies, and equipment maintenance are all in order.

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the facility premises and its contents.

Train and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance and support to their clinical skills and professional development

Provide feedback about the purchase of products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations.

Maintain quality medical records within the statutory required retention period through proper identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of records.

Evaluate and update Risk Assessment for the Centre.

Work with the staff to facilitate patient appointments and enquiries and ensure smooth patient flow during their visit to the centre.
Requirements

A minimum of at least a Degree in Nursing

Preferably 5 years of relevant healthcare or clinic working experience, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pro-active and effective team player
-
Dependability and ability to manage deadlines
-
A detail oriented and ability to multitask
-
Willing and able to work on a 5.5 days work week
