Project for manpower requirements according to nursing workload to ensure service needs are met

Participate actively in the interviewing and selection of new nurses.

Conduct performance appraisal of nurses

Supervise nurses in the delivery of quality nursing service to patients according to professional nursing standards within OT Department
-
Audit/ supervise/ oversee nursing care regularly, identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to raise the standard of care delivered to patients
-
Conduct meetings with nurses regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve delivery of nursing care
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Min Diploma of Nursing, Advance Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in nursing
