Overview

We're seeking a proactive and organised Client Support Coordinator to join our Singapore team. You'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups and a great overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries and coordinate responses with internal teams
  • Maintain client records, updates and documentation accurately
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth client handovers
  • Prepare reports, presentations and follow-up summaries after meetings
  • Assist in scheduling client appointments and internal reviews
  • Track and follow up on client feedback to support service improvement

Requirements

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM experience a plus
  • A team player with a client-first mindset
