Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and promote skincare, makeup, and supplements by understanding their needs. Recommend suitable products according to their skin type and concerns.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers after purchase through calls, update them on current promotions, and maintain engagement.
  • Drive and achieve monthly individual, team, and shop sales targets.
  • Carry out basic housekeeping, stock replenishment, and merchandising duties to ensure a neat and organized store.
  • Provide professional facial services, including skin type analysis, recommending appropriate home-care products, and explaining package options with the objective of closing package sales.
  • Proactively approach new customers to generate more sales and encourage them to join the membership program.
  • Maintain a positive mindset, pleasant personality, and go-getter attitude while working well with team members. Demonstrate good conduct at all times, including punctuality, uniform cleanliness, and personal grooming.
  • Analyze customers' needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable products.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary / O-Level education; additional certifications in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology will be an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interest in beauty are welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge or keen interest in skincare, makeup, and supplements.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and pleasant personality.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Able to perform skin type analysis and provide suitable product recommendations (training will be provided).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
