As a Nurse Manager (Clinic setting), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work alongside the consultant to provide care, often handling tasks such as patient education, counselling, and medication management.
- Manage and oversee the daily administrative tasks and operations of the clinic.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on health management, care plans, and other relevant information.
- Oversee and supervise the work of nurses and other clinic staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork.
- Provide training and guidance to staff, helping them develop their skills and enhance their performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing with a Post Basic Certification and valid SNB registration.
