HR cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
• Understand and comply with all MOM regulations and employment requirements and follow up accordingly.
• Attend required courses and provide timely updates to the company on any changes in MOM guidelines.
• Work closely with employment agencies and source suitable candidates when needed.
• Conduct interviews and select the most qualified candidates for the company.
• Maintain accurate staff records, including leave management.
• Manage all general office administrative duties.
• Handle office purchases such as stationery, pantry supplies, and other necessary items.
• Ensure the office cleaner performs duties as required.
• Source reliable vendors when needed and manage the upkeep of company assets, including membership renewals, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resource Management.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, and hardworking
