Responsibilities

· Manage large-scale technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, and IT domains.

· Define program scope, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with company goals.

· Collaborate with R&D, operations, and quality teams to streamline NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.

· Oversee implementation of technical systems (e.g., MES, ERP, PLM tools) for hardware production.

· Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams.

· Drive continuous improvement in hardware manufacturing processes and workflows.

· Act as the bridge between engineering and business stakeholders for technical decision-making.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

· –8 years of experience in program management, preferably in hardware or manufacturing.

· Deep understanding of hardware product development and manufacturing systems.

· Strong knowledge of ERP/MES/PLM systems and process integration.

· Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously under tight timelines.
