Role Overview

This is an entry-level to junior field service role involving the installation and servicing of workplace hydration systems ie water dispensers, water filters, draft beer machines and coffee machines in office environments.

You will be trained to install equipment, identify common issues, and support customers by explaining how systems work and what solutions are available. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working on-site.


Key Responsibilities
Installation & Servicing
  • Assist in installing and commissioning hydration systems at customer sites
  • Carry out routine servicing, cleaning, and basic maintenance
  • Support troubleshooting and repair work under guidance
Customer Support & Communication
  • Explain product usage and basic issues to customers in a clear manner
  • Inform customers of possible solutions and site requirements
  • Maintain a polite and professional presence on-site
Operations & Support
  • Complete basic service checklists and reports
  • Follow safety and service procedures

Who We're Looking For
  • Entry-level or junior technician with 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical appliances (training provided)
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Comfortable working on-site and interacting with customers
  • Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented
  • Class 3 driving licence preferred
  • Own vehicle preferred (company vehicle provided)
