Job Responsibilities:Accounting Support (System Entry & Admin)

· Support basic accounting functions with a focus on inventory-related data.

· Input and reconcile inventory transactions, purchase orders, and supplier invoices into the accounting system.

· Organize and file financial and transactional records to support month-end closing.

· Assist with documentation required for audits or internal checks.

Inventory Management

· Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment, spare parts, and consumables for the Guinea operations.

· Coordinate with the procurement team to verify and document incoming inventory shipments.

· Track and record all inventory movements in the warehouse management system in a timely manner.

· Prepare monthly inventory reports for both operational and accounting review.

· Plan and coordinate bi-annual stocktakes with the Guinea site team to ensure inventory accountability.

· Identify and improve gaps in inventory tracking and documentation processes.

· Analyze major inventory usage trends and provide reports to support decision-making.

· Maintain proper filing of all inventory-related documents.

General Duties

· Ensure high-quality coordination and communication with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

· Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as needed.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience with inventory or finance systems

· Meticulous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

· Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3, $4,200.00 per month
