Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Coordinator, Supply Chain Management Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination / negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc.)
  • Daily shipment arrangement. (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.)
  • Supplier and customer management. (Order backlog & Forecast management)
  • Inventory control management. (For temporary & BCP stock)
  • Cost Analysis. (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas traveling.
  • Good knowledge of Import / Export shipment. (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Possess good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • A teamwork player with strong time management skills.
