Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement probe test solutions to assess semiconductor devices.
  • Conduct probe testing to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and detect anomalies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to tackle test-related challenges effectively.
  • Design and maintain necessary testing hardware, including probe cards and test fixtures.
  • Stay informed about advancements in probe testing technologies and industry trends.
  • Prepare comprehensive test reports and deliver findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in probe engineering or a similar area.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, specifically wafer probing and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with probe test equipment and software, such as parametric testers and probe cards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
