Probe Test Engineer

Job Summary:
- Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent
- Salary: Basic up to $6500 + AWS
- Working Hours: 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced probe test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductor devices.
- Execute wafer-level probe testing to ensure products meet stringent design, quality, and reliability standards.
- Analyze and interpret complex test data to uncover trends, pinpoint root causes, and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve test challenges and enhance device performance.
- Design, optimize, and maintain probe cards, test fixtures, and other hardware to improve test accuracy and throughput.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry innovations to continuously refine probe testing methodologies.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, communicating key findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion safety and quality excellence by adhering to all standards and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in probe engineering or wafer-level testing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, wafer probing techniques, and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting probe test systems, including parametric testers, probe cards, and related software/hardware tools.
