Handle daily operations documentations like import and export permit, air waybills and bill of lading.

Training will be provided

Job Descriptions:

  • Preparing shipping documents and air-freight / sea-freight documentation
  • Liaise between officers, agents and clients to make sure timely delivery arrangement
  • Coordinate with permit declarants for The Custom's documentation
  • Verifying vendors' invoices & agents' debit notes
  • Arrangement of payments to co-loaders and carrier

Job Requirements:

  • Must have Singapore Logistics's /Freight fowarding Operations Execuitve Experience

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level

  • Able to write and speak good English

  • Possess some knowledge in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage

  • Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails

  • Residing at the east zone (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Hougang and Sengkang)

  • Public transport bus service: 9 from Bedok Interchange, 19 from Tampines Interchange and 89 from Hougang/Sengkang via Pasir Ris interchange

Working Location : Changi Cargo

Working Time : Mon-Fri 0900 to 1800 hours, Sat 0900 to 1300 hours)
