We are hiring for a Senior/Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based software solutions. This includes providing technical solutions in AI integration, cloud-native development, DevOps, and automation practices.

  • Offer attractive salary compensation up to $9.5k + Bonuses (average 16~18 months in annual package)
  • Flexible working arrangement (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to design and develop cloud-native applications with high scalability, resilience, and performance
  2. Integrate AI models into production systems and services.
  3. Lead the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform / CloudFormation
  4. Ensure all software development follows security standards, compliance regulations, and coding best practices.
  5. Drive DevOps maturity through automation, monitoring, logging, and observability.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and define system architecture.

Requirements:

  • min. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer or a related field.
  • min. 5 years & above hands-on experience in software development and cloud-native system design.
  • Possesses strong background in Python programming and system design.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS, etc
  • Strong skills in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernets), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with Computer Vision frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow or Pytorch is a plus
