As one of Asia's fastest-growing fast-casual brands with over 500 outlets globally, our sizzling hotplates, bold flavours, and DIY dining concept have won the hearts of millions. Now, we're looking for a driven and strategic Franchise Business Manager / Sr. Business Manager to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse franchise business performance and sales growth results to identify areas for improvement

  • Achieve franchise business expansion KPIs, including the number of overseas outlets and development of new regional markets

  • Collaborate with franchise owners on business prospects, financial status, and operational models to ensure franchisee sales growth and profitability in line with company goals

  • Support franchisees in achieving operational excellence and adherence to brand standards

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new franchisees

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the F&B industry

  • At least 2 years of experience managing franchisees

  • Proven track record in analysing business performance and offering financial improvement strategies

  • Strong F&B management and operational knowledge

  • Ability to influence, coach, and guide franchise partners

  • Willingness to travel overseas once every two months

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field
