Senior Accountant

- Delivering timely and accurate month-end close processes, including journals, reconciliations, and filings.
- Driving financial analysis and reporting in line with Liberty's policies and USGAAP standards.
- Collaborating on the Liberty Singapore integration, aligning workflows and systems across regulatory and internal reporting functions.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, responding to queries and offering financial insights.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, processes, and financial controls.
- Staying current on relevant accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to Finance team initiatives.
- Demonstrating Liberty's core values and contributing to a strong team culture.
- CA/CPA qualified with significant accounting experience, ideally within commercial insurance or financial services
- Experience with MAS and USGAAP reporting highly desirable.
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Advanced relationship management and influencing capabilities
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Passion for continuous improvement and personal development
