Job Description
• Handling full sets of account.
• Invoicing. Account Receivable & Account Payable. Keying into Accounting software system.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Handle office administrative and HR duties.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
• Good working attitude and keen learner
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Computer literate
• Microsoft Office - Words / Excel
• Accounting Software, working knowledge in MYOB accounting software and added advantages
• A team player with a strong sense of work commitment, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
