As a Centre Manager (Health screening), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Collaborate with department heads to implement services, achieve revenue targets, and ensure adherence to all clinic policies and procedures.
  • Manage the financial system, including daily revenue tallying, cost control, and submitting monthly reports.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of important documents like medical reports before they are dispatched.
  • Monitor clinic performance through meetings, work to improve customer service, and meet targets for customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify areas for improvement with the Quality Management Office and assist in implementing changes.
  • Investigate and follow up on patient complaints and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain proper records for equipment calibration, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on all health screening packages and services offered by the medical centre.
  • Schedule meetings and support the orientation of new staff as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a degree and have a minimum of eight years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare operations is highly preferred.
  • At least three years of experience must have been in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
