We are recruiting a Sales Specialist to focus on achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and acting as a wealth and financial product expert.

Key responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Formulating and executing sales strategies tailored to drive product/service adoption.
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and leads through cold calls, networking, and warm outreach.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining deep, comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, features, benefits, and overall value.
  • Conducting persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiating sales contracts, payment terms, and packages with clients to close deals.
  • Preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, technical/product, operations) to align sales efforts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Preparing and submitting regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory analyses to management.
  • Staying updated on relevant industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
  • For specialized roles, providing product training or technical assistance to the broader sales team or customers.
