Responsibilities

· Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.

· Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

· Prepare financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and group GAAP/IFRS where applicable.

· Perform financial analysis including budget vs. actual variance, COGS reviews, margin analysis, and cost control.

· Maintain cost accounting functions: standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost tracking.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, corporate tax, and reporting to IRAS.

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities during audits and compliance reviews.

· Implement and monitor internal controls and support process enhancement initiatives.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

· Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.

· Any others ad-hoc task assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

· Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong exposure to cost accounting or manufacturing accounting.

· Solid understanding of Singapore regulatory frameworks (SFRS, GST, corporate tax, IRAS).

· Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise across departments.

· Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
