About the role

Join Aircon & Electrical Engineering Pte Ltd as an ACMV Supervisor cum Aircon Technician.

This full-time position is located in the Yishun North Region and offers the opportunity to work within the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems
  • Carry out troubleshooting and diagnose issues with ACMV equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on ACMV systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage a team of technicians foreign worker and coordinate their work schedules and tasks
  • Provide technical guidance and on-site support to the technicians
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Write report when work done and get the site store manager or officer in charge to acknowledge on it.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an ACMV Supervisor or Aircon Technician
  • Class 3 Driving license
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in ACMV or refrigeration preferred
