- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to client needs.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pests, and treatment methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in pest control, with a minimum of [2 years] in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid pest control certification/license as required.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
