Project Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning tasks such as arranging meetings, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Handle procurement-related admin tasks (PO issuance, delivery tracking, invoice verification).
- Assist with site-related admin matters such as passes, logistics arrangements, and submission of forms.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support project operations.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in administration or project coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sales Support Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functions
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track orders and deliveries
- Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and filing systems
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and follow up on sales inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
Front Desk Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor schedules
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as required
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
