Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Executive at Orion Concept.

We are looking for an Project Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, high-quality B2B events. This position involves managing our events' logistical and operational aspects, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics for events, including event deliverables sourcing, supplier management, and on-site coordination.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables.


• Oversee budgets, timelines, and event schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure contracts and ensure high-quality service.


• Develop and manage comprehensive event documentation, including run sheets, attendee lists, and operational plans.


• Manage on-site execution, including set-up, registration, troubleshooting, and wrap-up.


• Continuously evaluate event processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• The ability to think quickly and resolve issues under pressure.
