In line with their growth plans, they eagerly seek a Legal Associate to become part of their vibrant team.
**Job Details**:
- Position Title: Legal Associate (Employment Practice)
- Working Location: Shenton Way
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Partner in a range of advisory, transactional and contentious employment work as well as industrial relations work,
- Proactively anticipate and meet client needs, delivering timely updates on project progress, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Adhere to risk requirements, Firm policies, and professional responsibilities while actively contributing to billing, engagement, and client acceptance processes.
- Collaborating with teams from other offices within the Firm as required for fee-earning or other projects.
- Develop strong relationships within the global network, upholding firm values; participate in events and CSR initiatives, engage in marketing and industry events, and contribute to legal precedents training.
**Job Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and familiarity with relevant industry sectors
- Proactive and resourceful approach, demonstrating initiative in tackling legal challenges
- Strong legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and project management skills; along with foundation level people management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to summarise complex matters
