About the Roles

We are looking for a dedicated F&B Assistant / Service Crew to join our team in the Japanese Retail and F&B Industry. You can choose to work at one of three locations: 313 Somerset (nearest MRT: Somerset), West Coast (nearest MRT: Clementi), or Anchorpoint (nearest MRT: Queenstown). The role offers a permanent position with a 5.5-day work schedule (working hours vary by location: 12pm-11pm for 313 Somerset, 11:30am-10pm for West Coast & Anchorpoint). The salary package includes a gross of up to SGD 2600, plus overtime and performance bonuses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare for restaurant opening and closing operations.
  • Welcome and assist customers with seating, and provide guidance on the ordering system.
  • Serve food to customers promptly and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding services, menus, promotions, and other product-related matters.
  • Clean tables after customers leave and clear away unused or unwanted dishes.
  • Support kitchen staff whenever needed.
  • Monitor and record fridge temperatures regularly.
  • Greet customers upon arrival and bid them farewell when they leave.
  • Assist in packing and labeling products as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves and dining areas.
  • Replenish products on shelves and ensure stock is well-arranged.
  • Check and report any expired products.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or customer complaints to your supervisor.
  • Ensure the restaurant consistently upholds high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, though training is available for those with no prior experience.
  • Strong personal hygiene practices.
  • A food hygiene certificate is a plus, but not required.
