Role: Analyst - DeFi Trade - Onchain Research

Location: London or Singapore

The Role:

Selini Capital is seeking a sharp, ambitious analyst to join our DeFi trading team. In this role, you'll help build and scale high-performance systems that operate directly on decentralized markets. You'll be working hands-on across our entire trading stack — from blockchain integration and trading logic to infrastructure and observability.

You'll be:

• Maintaining and developing core data infrastructure, schemas, data pipelines and ETL jobs
• Automating the collection, cleaning, and aggregation of data from various third-party sources and
• Experience parsing smart contract logs on EVM/Solana/Cosmos
• Experience running/maintaining node infrastructure
• Visualization of significant events, streams, data visualizations on an internal dashboard
• Develop systems for classifying addresses on Ethereum, Solana and other blockchains
• Comfortable with SQL/React/Javascript, Microservices, Solidity and Python/Rust

Qualifications:

We're looking for driven analysts early in their technology careers who want to grow rapidly by working on hard, meaningful problems.

Language Experience:

Comfortable with SQL/React/Javascript, Microservices, Solidity and Python/Rust

Preferred Skills:

You're not expected to know all of these, but experience in any will be helpful:

• Onchain research/classification of addresses
• Automated Defi deployments on different chains
• Building dashboards for onchain events
• Previous experience with ETL pipelines
• Crypto native with a solid grasp of the industry (or relevant experience in a similar firm)
