Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for foreign construction workers, including verification of attendance and overtime claims.
  • Handle recruitment, employment renewals, cancellations, and IR21 tax reporting for foreign workers.
  • Coordinate with training agencies and government bodies for CoreTrade matters and mandatory training courses.
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports and assist in planning company events.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related studies.
  • Prefer candidate with positive and outgoing personality while supporting daily HR and administrative tasks.
