  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate and optimise infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our production environments, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our cloud-based architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Share your expertise by providing training and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest improvements to our processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go, and experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Expertise in containerisation and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, preferably AWS or GCP
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
