Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare and process vendor invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and update financial records accurately.
  • Support in month-end closing activities such as journal entries and schedule preparation.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure data accuracy.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • Assist in generating basic financial and management reports.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with accounting systems (training provided).
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
