Work Schedule: 5.5 days work week during probation and upon confirmation: 5 days a week and one half Saturday a month

The position holder reports to the Head of the ACMV Department and the primary role is to assist the department head and the project executives to execute their projects at the customer's job site and manage the team of workers.
Job Duties
- Organise work at project site
- Scheduling of work
- Manage workers
- Monitor and report to management on the progress of projects
- Assist with on-site rectification works when needed
- Ferry workers to and from job site
- Implement safety measures
- Attend site meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues at site
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least relevant ITE certificate preferably in the electrical / mechanical field or other related engineering field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Must have prior experience supervising a team of workers
- Preferably have experience with scheduling of work and planning of duty roster
- Able to lead, plan, coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work
- Must have some technical background
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license
