Job Description – Logistics Personnel

· Arrange deliveries according to delivery plans provided by the planner.

· Liaise with customers to inform them of delivery schedules and timings.

· Coordinate deliveries and collections of trailers.

· Schedule and deploy the company's own prime mover(s) for transportation.

· Ensure smooth communication between planner, customers, and transport team.

· Monitor and update delivery/transportation status.

Requirements – Logistics Personnel

· Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transport scheduling (preferably in construction/steel industry).

· Knowledge of transport arrangements, prime mover bookings, and trailer operations is an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers and vendors.

· Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight schedules.

· Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
