Senior Research Engineer, Smart Virtual Systems(SVS) (3 years direct contract) | 3-year direct contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain enterprise planning systems and applications.
  • Analyze complex problems related to resource planning and scheduling, identifying potential solutions, and implementing the most effective one.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Deploy software to production environments and provide ongoing maintenance and support to customers.
  • Take responsibility for documenting code with technical specifications, user manuals, and other documentation to facilitate understanding and maintenance by other team members.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and scalability issues to ensure optimal performance of the software system.Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience as a Software Developer/Engineer
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Native Technologies such as microservices, DevSecOps, and Container Platforms
  • Proficiency in designing and developing microservices using at least one programming language, preferably C# .NET, Java, or Python
  • Good understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a distributed environment using Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker registry, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and managing microservices using container orchestration platforms (on-prem/public cloud)
