The role of Manager-Total Rewards is to manage a full suite of C&B programs and drive projects for our client, a leading automative group in Singapore.
Job Scope:

360-Project manage the Benefits initiatives including charter, timeline, resources, and milestones. Implement refreshed employee benefits framework and way of work to support the business operations.

Define and implement C&B programs and plans, in partnership with the business and HR stakeholders not limiting to annual merit reviews; benefits review and communication.

In charge of annual performance review and management exercise pertaining to defined meri and bonus program. Preparation and checking on eligibility plans; budget provisions; robust post-review year-round follow-up.

Share C&B market intelligence and data with relevant stakeholders and provide pertinent information to support C&B decisions;

Regular review of C&B policies to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with employer branding position. Ensure C&B procedures, and programs are aligned with the statutory requirements.

Support on Executive Compensation including communication toolkit preparation and conduct year-round communication sessions for newly onboarded members/renewals.

Take care of Re-employment and Retirement programs ensuring regulatory compliance and provide counselling support for delicate communication and smooth transition process.

Define, plan and launch health and wellness programs throughout the year, to support organization's objectives of safety and well-being.

Regular review of incentives governance and compliance and partner with business to fine tune programs that enable business growth.

Regular Benefits review to ensure relevant and sufficient coverage and costs impact.

Provide support on Executive Compensation where applicable, on communication, toolkit and etc to relevant stakeholders.

Act as Brand Ambassador at external events and drive C&B survey data gathering, input, analysis, benchmarking and etc.
Job Requirements

Min 8 years of HR with C&B operational experience. Degree in Business/HR or equivalent.

Prior experience in MNC/FMCG landscape will be a strong plus

Confidence in expressing expert opinion and articulating data to senior management.

Ability to perform complex analysis on manpower planning, forecasting, C&B calibration etc;

Analytical, detailed oriented and flexible to exercise commercial sense.

People manager with interest in growing team members, self-starter and a team-player comfortable to work in a dynamic and rapid changing environment
