Fragomen's Business Immigration Consultant position offers the opportunity to work with a smart, motivated, and diverse team. Our exclusive focus on immigration means you'll work in an exciting, dynamic, and challenging environment with passionate professionals.
Role Objective
Assist Supervisors and Managers in delivering team outputs, report to the Manager or Supervisor, and support workflow management, client liaison, application preparation, and team performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity according to the Standard Operating Model.
- Meet or exceed all Service Level Agreement standards.
- Maintain applications within our technology platforms, ensuring timely processing within SLA deadlines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls and emails within SLA requirements.
- Update key emails and benchmarks within CRM/Connect within designated timelines.
- Provide accurate information and support to clients regarding visa requests.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by the Manager.
- Identify service issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Research delegated tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely invoicing for allocated cases.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvements.
- Provide coverage to team members on leave, as required.
- Assist, guide, and train visa coordinators and consultants.
- Act as an initial escalation point for the team.
- Monitor team caseloads and assist in case delegation.
- Oversee team and personal billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure case management within CRM/Connect is current and accurate.

- Ability to research and analyze complex cases independently.
- Ability to follow guidance from senior team members.
- Build professional relationships through effective communication.
- Manage workload with conflicting deadlines, meeting priorities and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening and attention to detail.
- Proactive communication of progress and issues.
- Leadership qualities and team support skills.
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
