Job Scope Description

We at ARC Marine supply an extensive, range of ship store items and spare parts which will cater to all regular and any unique requirement of a ship. We provide Marine engine related repairs and services at our workshop

OPERATIONAL ISSUES


• Monitor and update the daily deployment of the team.


• Monitor the Off – In – Liue of employees


• Deployment of the company vehicle to fetch workers and deliver the material


• Calibration and Work done report.


• To issue Performa Invoice and Delivery order.


• To keep track of all incoming equipment for repair.

QUALITY ISSUES


• Monitor the certification of the Special tools


• Administer Workshop management systems.


• Improve management system.


• Assist in Achieving management certifications.


• Update supplier's performance to Management about the quality of supply and service provided.


• Process inspection.


• Monitor quality policies being followed in Workshop

TRAINING


• Training/coaching employees towards safe working in workshop implementation.


• Assures customer quality needs are met.


• Report to General Manager and do any additional job as instructed.
