Summary

Responsible for front-counter customer service , handling inquiries , appointments setting , and administrative tasks such as cashiering , data entry , and document processing .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-counter customer service , attending to walk-in customers;
  • Handle calls, inquiries, and appointments;
  • Perform administrative tasks , including cashiering , scanning , data entry , word processing , photocopying , and printing;
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem analysis, ensuring issues are resolved with minimal escalation;
  • Follow established work procedures and operating guidelines;
  • Compile and consolidate information for reporting purposes;
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and information security standards;
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintenance duties;
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (9-hour shift, including a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (4-hour shift)

    Note: If the assigned Service Bureau is closed on Saturdays, the employee may be required to work at another location that operates on Saturdays.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level qualification and above;
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, including direct customer interaction;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under moderate to close supervision from executives or lead executives.
