Roles and responsibilities
- Leverage your extensive B2B sales experience to identify and secure high-value business opportunities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
- Lead high-stakes pitches and develop strategic proposals, collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, development) to deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions.
- Act as a trusted consultant to event organizers and exhibitors, ensuring their brands achieve maximum visibility and impact.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent, meaningful engagement.
- Oversee project management tasks as required, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between all stakeholders to guarantee successful event execution.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder in any studies
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in b2b sales related jobs
- Proven track record in sales, added bonus for experience in the exhibition and conference industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a portfolio of successful deals and client relationships .
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience managing projects or leading initiatives will be highly valued.
