Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, hone your skills in tender preparation, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing?
  • Tender preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting tender quotations, ensuring timelines are met for every project.
  • Quantity take-off: Perform manual measurements and update amendment changes for all tenders.
  • Sourcing and negotiation: Obtain quotations for rates and technical data, and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Contract management: Prepare sub-contract agreements and letters of award for successful tenders.
  • Financial monitoring: Track progress claims, payments, and certifications, including variation order submissions and final accounts.
  • Client relations: Assist in settling final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or an equivalent field.
  • Industry experience: 3-5 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore.
  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and other measurement software.
