My client, a Global MNC within the manufacturing space is looking to expand its Legal Team and is open to candidates who are looking to transit from private practice to in-house.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Overall contracts management and administration
  • Draft, review, negotiate and provide advice on various commercial agreements for standard and non-standard transactions (especially manufacturing-related contracts)
  • Provide practical legal advice to the relevant internal business teams
  • Handle transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and joint venture arrangements
  • Compliance with internal policies and legal risk management
  • Support strategic investment projects & corporate governance matters.

To Qualify

  • A recognized degree in Law
  • Significant corporate experience with min 2 - 4 years of legal experience gained in-house or in practice with a reputable law firm.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
