Senior Manager - HR Transformation Projects (Renewable Contract) - N.Tan

We are looking for a highly capable HR Transformation & Strategic Projects Lead to spearhead initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and governance across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As part of a forward-looking HR team, you will lead critical projects that improve efficiency, align policy with business needs, and build a scalable, future-ready HR operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Align HR policies with operational needs and reduce compliance risks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management strategies to ensure adoption and long-term success.
  • Ensure strong HR data governance and use project insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Coach and support HR colleagues in adopting new tools, systems, and ways of working.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • 8 years of experience in HR transformation, operations, or project management.
  • Demonstrated success in HR process redesign, policy development, and systems implementation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical and results-oriented with a strong execution mindset.
  • Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A forward-thinking mindset that constantly seeks ways to create value through technology and process innovation.
