Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, manuals, and assessments.

  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
  • Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise) to build digital courses.
  • Implement learning solutions on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure instructional materials meet accessibility and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with trends in learning design and educational technologies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience designing instructional content for adult learners.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of assessment methods and learning analytics.
