**Project Director/ Senior Project Manager
**Job Description**:
- Good knowledge of **Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.**:
- **Good track records of various mega projects, A&A, new build.**:
- **Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.**:
- Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
- **Manage and oversee a few project teams.**:
- **Resolve critical technical issues which the junior PMs are unable to resolve.**
Requirement
- Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering
- **Min 15 years experience in M&E projects**:
- Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
- Salary are based on experiences and capabilities
