About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter/Server to join our dynamic team at Scarpetta. As a Waiter/Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer mr service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Amoy Street-based restaurant. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Serve meals and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous fashion

  • Ensure tables are clean, well-stocked, and properly set

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision

  • Assist with food preparation and light kitchen duties as needed

  • Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area

  • Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless dining experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Server in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent guest experiences

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and contribute to a positive work culture

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • PR/Singaporeans only. Degree holders may try for an EP
